This document repository is an independent, community-driven resource hosted strictly within the European Union (EU) on secure cloud infrastructure. It is designed to facilitate transparency and assist co-owners in managing and exercising their legitimate property rights in Aguas Verdes.

By clicking "Request Access", you explicitly acknowledge, agree to, and confirm the following conditions:

1. Confirmation of Ownership: You certify that you are a legitimate, registered property owner within the Aguas Verdes community.

2. Legitimate Interest Under GDPR: You understand that access to community documents (including AGM minutes, statutes, and financial records) is restricted strictly to co-owners. The shared need to manage our joint ownership rights satisfies the "legitimate interest" requirements for data sharing among peers under European privacy law.

3. Identity Verification (Mandatory): To maintain essential digital hygiene and protect the privacy of all neighbors, access will not be granted automatically. After requesting access via Google Drive, you must send a quick WhatsApp message (either publicly in our group or via private chat) stating your name and apartment number so your email address can be whitelisted. Unverified email addresses will be denied.

4. Goodwill & Mutual Trust: You acknowledge that this platform is a private, social experiment conducted in the spirit of ultimate neighborly goodwill. The data and documents shared here are intended solely for the internal use of verified co-owners and must not be distributed outside the community of owners.

How to get whitelisted:

• Click Request Access on the Google Drive folder below.

• Send a WhatsApp message: "Hi, I requested access for [Your Email Address] – Owner of Apartment [X]." either to me or in WhatsApp community.

Nicht verifizierte E-Mail-Adressen werden abgelehnt.

4. Guter Glaube & gegenseitiges Vertrauen: Sie erkennen an, dass diese Plattform ein privates, soziales Projekt ist, das im Geiste von absolutem nachbarschaftlichem gutem Glauben geführt wird. Este repositorio de documentos es un recurso independiente gestionado por los propios propietarios, alojado estrictamente dentro de la Unión Europea (UE) en una infraestructura en la nube segura. Está diseñado para facilitar la transparencia y ayudar a los copropietarios a gestionar y ejercer sus derechos legítimos de propiedad en Aguas Verdes.
